The first burn of your candle is the most important! Soy wax has memory, so the initial burn sets the tone for the lifespan of the candle. Allow your candle to melt all the way to the sides the first time and each time you burn it, which should be 5 to 7 hours.

Our candles arrive pre-trimmed and ready to light, but you'll want to make sure you light the wick at a proper length thereafter. Trim your wick to about a 1/4" before each burn to optimize the life of the candle.

To extinguish the flame we recommend using a paperclip to dip the wick into the pool of melted wax then returning the wick to an upright position. This will prevent smoke and a smokey smell.

Each time you finish burning your candle, be sure to put the lid back once the surface has cooled

NEVER leave a candle unattended and read the warning label on the bottom of the candle.

Ensure you burn your candle with at least a one-foot radius of clearance from any other items. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
