Care Instructions
To start using your diffuser, follow these steps
- Unscrew the silver collar and take the clear plug out of the bottle.
- Replace the silver collar and insert the reeds into the bottle.
- Place on a level surface and enjoy!
Shipping Info
All candles and diffusers are individually bubble wrapped to ensure adequate protection during the shipping process. We are confident in our carrier, however we understand mistakes happen. If you receive your shipment damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can address this issue. When placing your order, please have your items sent to an address you expect to be once your items arrive to prevent excessive exposure to heat or cold. Shipments are sent via USPS and all tracking information sent is in direct correspondence with information provided by the carrier.
