At Handmade By Tay we want to ensure maximum satisfaction of all customers. We aim to conduct business and take care of you the way we would want to be taken care of during any shopping experience. Terms & Conditions
Once obtained, all products must be inspected for damages. The return policy is effective at all times. Handmade By Tay and affiliated parties are not held responsible should a customer mistreat, neglect, or fail to upkeep their products purchased from the company. Furthermore, Handmade By Tay and affiliated parties are not held responsible should a consumer experience bodily injury or damage any property due to misuse. Care instructions are provided with each purchase and are readily available on the company website. These instructions are expected to be adhered to at all times. All orders will be fulfilled at the discretion of Handmade By Tay. Handmade by Tay never sell or share private information related to the customer including name, card information and addresses provided.
Return Policy
Please note that all sales and transactions are final unless otherwise stated by the owner. Should a customer be unsatisfied with their product or service, the party must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery at handmadebytaymgt@gmail.com, so that we may better assist you. Should a customer be asked to send their products back to Handmade By Tay headquarters (due to the customers dissatisfaction) for replacements or adjustments, and the products sent are NOT products manufactured by Handmade By Tay, the customer's request will be denied. The product sent to headquarters will then be sent back to the customer as it was found.
Shipping Info
All candles and diffusers are individually bubble wrapped to ensure adequate protection during the shipping process. We are confident in our carrier, however we understand mistakes happen. If you receive your shipment damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can address this issue. When placing your order, please have your items sent to an address you expect to be once your items arrive to prevent excessive exposure to heat or cold. Shipments are sent via USPS and all tracking information sent is in direct correspondence with information provided by the carrier. Pickup is available to customers in the geographical area specified at checkout. Should your order need to be shipped and shipping was not selected you will be sent an invoice to pay the shipping fee at which time your order will be held until the invoice expires.
Customers will be asked to agree to the policies listed above prior to every purchase.
